Scope of the Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies strictly to all financial transactions, credit pack acquisitions, and digital invoice settlements completed through our authorized Merchant of Record, Paddle. Because our platform operates on a consumption-based infrastructure utilizing digital credits, these parameters are established to maintain mutual protection and complete operational clarity.

Eligibility for a Refund

Since Homostamp allocates immediate server resources and digital assets instantly upon successful payment, processing refunds is strictly governed by the state of your credit package:

· Unused Credit Packages — You are fully entitled to request a complete refund within a 14-day window from the original transaction timestamp, provided that absolutely zero (0) credits within that specific package purchase have been consumed.

· Used or Active Credits — Once a credit has been deployed to execute a cryptographic file proof, trigger a decentralized anchor, or compile an independent portable data structure, that package is classified as utilized. Partially or fully utilized asset allocations are strictly non-refundable.

Blockchain Operations & Technical Exclusions

Homostamp writes unique integrity parameters onto immutable, decentralized public networks. Ledger distribution mechanics, gas fees, and broadcast states are mathematically irreversible.

Immutable Resource Disclaimer

Any localized execution failures caused by downstream user-side file manipulation, unexpected third-party node lag, or localized validation errors after a ledger payload has been securely broadcasted outside our server boundaries cannot be subjected to a cash or credit refund.

How to Request a Refund

To log a refund inquiry for an entirely untouched credit pack within the 14-day compliance window, please contact our administrative desk:

Approved reversals are executed dynamically by Paddle. Funds will automatically return to your initial payment node (Credit Card, PayPal, or localized banking gateway) within 5 to 10 business days, dictated by your financial institution's processing cycles.

System Abuse and Chargebacks

Homostamp enforces strict automated protective thresholds against transactional manipulation.

Immediate Revocation Notice

We explicitly reserve rights to indefinitely suspend or permanently strip access layers from profiles displaying fraudulent refund habits or executing unverified chargebacks. Forcing a chargeback settlement via banking systems for credit metrics that have already successfully triggered cryptographic database stamps will trigger immediate user account termination and structural system blacklisting.
